  2. Love the topic as it is related to my field of work as a mental health researcher! anyway, a lot of improvement can be made in terms of intonation, body language and facial expression. If you can, elaborate more on how it affect us holistically so the audience can expect the severity of the topic you are discussing rather than taking it for granted just like everyday problems.

    content 4/5

    hope to see more! cheers.

  3. Hello Aaswan! How do you do?

Your topic is very interesting as it talked about the current issues - social media addiction. Good introduction Aaswan, you define it well when provide us with the current statistic of social media addiction. Nonetheless, you can always localise it in Malaysian context to make it better and emphasise how this addition affects the netizens. In regards with organisation of ideas, you can always introduce the outline of your speech in your introduction, use transitional words (https://www.msu.edu/~jdowell/135/transw.html) to indicate the progress from one significant idea to the next.

As for the verbal aspect, good, you have your intonation while delivering your speech. However, the delivery would be made better if your voice projection is audible.

Also, try to establish a good rapport with your audience by maintaining your eye contact with them. Play with your facial expression, show positive body language and use your hand gestures to enumerate or emphasise your points. Or perhaps use your arms movements - back and forth to suggest flow. Believe me, your audience will be enthused with your speech!

    All the best, Aswan. :)

    Cheers!

  4. Hai, Aaswan.

I shared the same views as the previous viewers. As this is your fist video blog, you have started off with the right foot ;-) It is just that you have to improve on certain aspects that have been suggested by the viewers for your second video. Oh, and don't forget to project your voice as well, ya?

    Good luck :-)

  5. Hi Aswan,

Your video is very informative and i like the way how you pronounce every words in this video. I would suggest that you can memorize all the main points of your presentation by using certain keywords and try to avoid reading text as to make the presentation to be more natural.

    Regards~
